I absolutely love my daughters jiu-jitsu gym. The coach is very patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and truly cares about the students both on and off the mats. The environment is safe, supportive, and welcoming. I have seen so much growth in my daughter’s confidence and skills since she started. My daughter absolutely love going to jiu-jitsu everyday she is always talking about it. I would highly recommend this gym

I’ve been looking for high-quality training for striking in this area, and 1Jiu-Jitsu completely exceeded my expectations. The gym is super clean, professional, and well run. Everyone is welcoming and kind but serious about their training! Head coach Juan is super respectful and sets a great tone for the gym. The striking class was full of insightful details but was still an amazing workout. Striking coach Marcus gave excellent instruction, clear details, and pays close attention to all students. They also have high level BJJ classes that I will definitely be taking part in soon! Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

A great experience for a day pass at 1 jiu-Jitus Academy in Hialeah, and I had an excellent experience. Professor Juan was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, from basic warm-ups and movement drills
The atmosphere in the academy was positive and respectful — everyone, from beginners to advanced students, was focused on learning and helping each other improve. I especially appreciated how Professor Juan emphasized proper technique, safety, and discipline while keeping the class engaging and fun.
Whether you’re new to Jiu-Jitsu or looking to sharpen your skills, I highly recommend training at 1Jiu-Jitsu Academy. I left the class feeling energized, confident, and excited to come back for more!
