Do I need experience?
No. Most of our students started with zero experience.
What should I wear?
Athletic clothing and slip-on footwear is fine. We’ll guide you from there.
Is this safe?
Yes. Classes are structured and supervised with safety as a priority.
Is this really enough time to decide?
Yes. Most people know by their second class — we give you three.
